Independent broker

Onpoint Timepieces USA is an independent watch broker. I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of any brand named on this site. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to watches sourced on the secondary market.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request is free and does not commit you to buy. Prices I quote depend on the market and on availability, and are valid only for the time stated when I quote them.

Payment and delivery

Payment is by bank wire. A watch ships only after payment has cleared. Every watch ships fully insured with signature required, and responsibility passes to you on signature.

Guarantee and returns

Returns are covered by the 48-hour guarantee described on the Shipping & Returns page. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. The terms on your invoice apply to your specific purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
