Payment

Payment is by bank wire. Wire details are on your invoice. Your watch ships once the wire has cleared.

Shipping

Every watch ships fully insured for its full value, with signature required on delivery. Responsibility for the watch passes to you when you sign for it. Shipping cost is confirmed with your final price, before you pay.

48-hour guarantee

You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect your watch. If it is not authentic, or differs materially from how it was described to you, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to make a claim

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery by email at michael@onpointtimepiecesusa.com. The watch must be returned in the condition it was delivered in, with everything it came with (box, papers, tags and accessories). The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, and the watch must be sent back fully insured for its full value. I’ll give you return instructions, and your refund is sent once the watch is back and checked.
